Harmony

To find harmony we need to get present and aligned.

In our asana we need to focus on our breath to get present and practice alignment so we move with ease and harmony. To take this practice off our mat and into our lives we do the same; breathe to get present and aware and then align our very being. If you feel that you are no longer living in harmony you can re-align by checking if what you think, say and do are in unity with your true, core values. If they are not, ask yourself why not... and then take action!

“Harmony is tuning our lives to those around us and the natural world that sustains our wellbeing. We listen and watch so that we can move in time with that Great Dance in which we all have a small part.

To live in harmony requires that we be conscious of the hopes and needs that surround us and flexible in our course of action. In a harmonious relationship each party at times sets aside his or her own desires to nurture the relationship itself. We can be in harmony with others only when we are in harmony with ourselves; living true to our deepest sense of what is real and what matters.” ~ Wisdom Commons
